3.3 Opt-Out — STOP Keywords
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:
- STOP
- END
- QUIT
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- STOPALL
Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further marketing text messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
3.4 HELP Keyword
Reply HELP to any text message to receive the program name, customer care phone number, and opt-out instructions. You may also contact us directly at 877-317-9079 or support@prosper.energy for assistance.
3.5 Message Frequency and Data Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service needs. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier. ProsperShield is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
3.6 A2P 10DLC Compliance
Our text messaging services comply with Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-digit long code (10DLC) requirements as administered through The Campaign Registry (TCR). All text messages are sent through registered, verified, and carrier-approved messaging campaigns with proper brand and campaign registration.
3.7 SMS Opt-In Data — NOT Shared with Third Parties
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All data-sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Phone Call Communications (Separate from SMS Consent)
Consent for phone calls is entirely separate from SMS consent. When you provide express written consent for phone calls, you agree to receive:
- Live calls from our representatives
- Pre-recorded or artificial voice messages
- Calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS)
- Calls that may be initiated, conducted, assisted, or fully handled by AI technology, including voice AI systems that may sound human-like in speech and manner

Important Disclosure: ProsperShield actively uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to communicate with you across all channels — text messages, phone calls, and emails. AI-powered communications are subject to the same consent and opt-out mechanisms described in Sections 3, 4, and 5 above.
ProsperShield uses AI technology throughout our communications and service delivery, including but not limited to:
- AI-Generated Text Messages: Automated SMS/MMS messages created, personalized, and sent by AI systems without direct human intervention (only to opted-in subscribers per Section 3)
- AI-Assisted Phone Calls: Phone calls that may be initiated, conducted, assisted, or fully handled by AI technology, including voice AI and conversational AI systems that may sound human-like in speech and manner. Calls may transition between AI and human agents.
- AI-Generated Emails: Email communications that may be drafted, personalized, optimized, or sent using AI technology
- Chatbots and Virtual Assistants: AI-powered chat interfaces on our website or through messaging platforms that may engage in text-based conversations
- Personalized Content and Recommendations: AI may analyze your information, preferences, property data, and behavior to provide personalized service recommendations, quotes, and communications
AI Data Collection and Usage
