What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, schedule an appointment, or text us, we collect the contact details you give us — name, phone number, email, address, and the description of what you need. When you visit the site we collect standard web traffic data: device, browser, IP, pages viewed, referral source.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, send you SMS or email follow-ups about your inquiry and our services, and improve the site. If you opt in to phone-call consent we may also place AI-assisted or AI voice calls about your inquiry. We do not sell your information.
SMS messaging program
By submitting a form with the SMS opt-in box checked, you agree to receive marketing and transactional text messages from Prosper at the phone number you provided, including messages sent by autodialer or AI. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (up to 15 messages/month). Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes; mobile information stays inside Prosper's program operations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (CRM, scheduling, calling, SMS, email, hosting, analytics) and only to the extent they need to do their job. We disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party and third-party cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.
Retention
We keep contact records for as long as you remain a customer or prospect, and afterwards for the period required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law. SMS consent records are retained for the life of the program plus one year.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@prosper.energy. California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah residents have additional rights under state law and may request the same way. We will respond within the timeframe required by your jurisdiction.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
